Hi there, reflection. Welcome to the very first entry where I'll be reflecting on how I have been bringing myself to my own demise by holding on to my past self—who is just a memory. I reflect on how I acknowledge that letting go doesn't mean losing oneself but amalgamating these aspects of me as I quantum jump from one point of existence to the next. “ Making decisions isn't about choosing sides;it's about integration"
Dear Diary, Today, I'm writing from a place of gratitude. It's not every day that I feel grateful for life, but when I do, I make sure to cherish these moments fully. When faced with challenges, it's difficult for me to see the good in them. However, amidst challenges, I've learned to ask myself: "How is this serving me?" Sometimes, I find the answers immediately, but other times, it takes days or even weeks. By the way, the book I mentioned is called "101 Essays That Will Change the Way You Think" by Brianna Wiest. It's a great read—you might find it interesting.
Dear Diary, This entry represents my inner world on a daily basis. These are the types of thoughts I tend to entertain regularly; it's almost as if they are an integral aspect of my life here on Earth. I somehow feel satisfied when I tap into this realm of thought.
